I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Greg and his team, were incredibly warm and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and gave great recommendations for local food and activities. The location was perfect, close to the slopes and bus stops to the mountains, making it really convenient for skiing and snowboarding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with three super comfortable single beds. Plus, the well-stocked continental breakfast provided a great start to my day before hitting the slopes.

The lodge is located in a prime spot, with a shuttle stop just a few meters away from the front door, making it easy to explore the best ski areas. this location is ideal for those looking for great food options, with delicious Japanese restaurants within walking distance. The staff was accommodating and service was impeccable. Our room was clean, with amenities such as tea/coffee-making facilities. The drying room was perfect for drying our ski gear overnight.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive, and we would have preferred a choice between Japanese or western breakfast. the onsen was only available after 3 pm, which was inconvenient for those who wanted to use it in the morning.
